One of our clients, a leading IT Product development and services company is looking for candidates for the position of Centre Director based at Hyderabad.

The position has been on the anvil for a while now-and the company has met a bunch of highly qualified professionals- and yet -not found the elusive personality!!

The desired person would be 

A senior profile -a returned Indian professional -with at least 3yrs of experience in India (CURRENT)-post her/his experience in the US-familiar with the dynamics of off shoring & related delivery expectations.

Exposure to Oracle based environment highly desirable.

Experience to Application Development/ Support is preferred

There are a couple of interesting positions on the offer -that we are presently working on!

And interestingly both are looking for professionals with experience in the traditional industries-with exposure to HR practices in a manufacturing /engineering industry...

a) Talent Management Group Head 

A highly visible company in the infrastructure domain-is looking for a Lady MBA -with about 14-15yrs experience to handle their Talent management activities.

Reporting to a Vice President, the role would have about 20% of recruitment activities and 80% of Talent management-namely, competency mapping, employee engagement, performance management.

b) Assistant Manager 

This role would involve 70% of activities related to hiring! Not just lateral hires, the person will also drive campus hiring!

Being a MNC setting up its R&D lab in India, we are looking for professionals with exposure to hiring talent in an engineering industry-and be familiar with the communities involved. The role would need the person to focus on the employer branding aspects too- to improve the awareness of the topnotch engineers, as well handhold them through the on boarding.

The remaining 30% activities-would involve day to day operations, including payroll, employee queries handling and performance appraisals.

The role reporting to the Director HR, would also be responsible to oversee a RPO model- that is globally managed by a highly visible MNC-and hence will involve a matrix reporting structure- to a Regional staffing specialist based in Singapore.

Ideal candidate would be a MBA with 5 -8yrs exp in industry.
