Would you know of anyone who would want to transplant his wealth of experience in setting up and managing a MNC start up??

Our client is a player in the auto ancillary domain and is putting up a plant off Chennai-to be close to its OEM as part of the global car project! The client's technology is recognized by the U.S. Big Three as well as major automotive OE Ms in Japan to whom they supply suspension modules that comprise complex parts and components.

We are looking for someone-who has seen it all in a large auto /manufacturing company and is perhaps feeling bored-having just to do some routine stuff, doing execution of policies of strategist's elsewhere!!

Some one who has gone beyond just implementing and actually wondered if it could have been done in any other way? Has found attracting technical talent to their organisation by innovations in reaching out to the best human capital they have interacted with. Maybe one who finds attracting & retaining talent for an ancillary much more exciting than identifying active job seekers who are queueing up to be hired by an OEM/auto major..

We are looking at a person with about 10yrs of experience in generalist HR in different doses- exposed to IR issues, as well as ensuring the best HR interventions are exercised.

The person would get a wonderful chance to work closely with Japanese professionals and understands what it takes to make a great cultural network and motivate the talented achieve their best!
