We have sales positions for a client of ours (a leading System Integrator in Security, Storage and Networking Solutions) looking at Regional and Account level with 6 to 15 years exp. Below are the positions:

Regional Sales Manager

- Manage and oversee the corporate sales function for the business unit
- Updated on information on vendor, industry, technology, pricing, demand and vital business metrics
- Manage the sales team and related sales support team
- Periodic monthly and quarterly meetings on achieving the Target for the business unit and Variance analysis
- Strong relationships at all levels with key customers and vendors
- Interaction with Regional managers, own sales team, product team, Pre-sales, Technical services, and Supply chain services teams.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Hardware sales. Should have handled a sales team in the last 3 to 4 years

Sales Manager

- Experience in handling large customers
- Generate and qualify leads for new sales opportunities
- Increase penetration rate and drive new revenues by establishing, building and supporting new partnerships
- Work closely with partners and resellers
- Organize meetings and online demos to customers, resellers and partners
- Drive and create marketing collateral, presentations, and whitepapers and product brochures for distribution to partners, resellers and customer
- 6+ years of experience in sales with relevant experience in storage and networking technologies

- Planning and executing the sales and marketing strategies

One of our clients, a US MNC ODC having its operations in Hyderabad is looking for a Manager - Java/J2EE.

* B.Tech or M.Tech degree

* 12-plus years experience in software development and operations

* Thorough understanding and expertise in the various phases of SDLC (Right from Requirement Analysis to Deployment).

* Programming - Core Java and J2EE technologies (JSP and Servlets), Junit testing frameworks, Scripting in languages like PERL, Database programming (SQL, PLSQL, JDBC)

* Development under environments like Eclipse/JBuilder on Unix/Linux platforms

* Design/support of high performance client/server applications over internet

* Code coverage and optimization tools

* Internet protocols for email and web-based applications

* Object-Oriented analysis & design; experience with formal methodologies like UML

* Good communication skills; competent to work with teams across multiple locations

* Demonstrated ability of leading a team and motivating them to higher levels of performance

* Should have experience in managing independently projects/sub-systems from start to finish (requirements formulation to deployment & support)
