One of my client (an Automobile Giant) is on a hunt for Leadership team in India. We are helping them in finding the best talent for different functions includes HR, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D and Finance.

We are looking for professionals from the Automobile Industry (Commercial Vehicles) having about 10 to 20 years of experience in leading the specific function as a HOD.

The following are the positions we are working on

1) Head Operations - Overall organization and management of the Indian Entity

Bachelor's degree or above engaged in the automobile industry or related work for more than 10 years, has a wealth of management experience; familiar with the Automotive industry requirements of relevant laws and regulations

2) Head R&D - Establish and carry out R&D system

Bachelor's degree or above engaged as a product and technology management role in the automobile industry for more than 8 years

3) Head Manufacturing - Establish and carry out manufacturing system and responsible for supply chain, quality, and production

Bachelor's degree or above engaged as a production and manufacturing engineering management role in the automobile industry for more than 8 years

4) Head Marketing - Responsible for the macro view, industry policy and marketing strategy research; carry out the overall work of the Department of Sales, responsible for sales, marketing and channel management

Bachelor's degree or above engaged as a sales and marketing management role in the automobile industry for more than 8 years

5) Head Admin - Responsible for the organizational structure, human resource strategy, legal and IT and in charge of the government, media and other public relations work

Bachelor's degree or above; engaged as enterprise management role in the automobile industry for more than 8 years

6) Head Finance - Financial accounting, revenue management, capital management, risk management analysis of tax administration and contract management

Bachelor's degree or above; engaged as finance management role in the manufacture industry for more than 8 years
