My Client is looking for Automobile professionals to be based in Chennai. Here are the positions:

Deputy Manager QA

- Hands on Experience in 3D / 2D measuring machines like CMM
- Able to train quality inspectors in handling Coordinate measuring machines
- Plan and set up measurement lab including Installation and training
- Proven skills in CMM, Surface Roughness tester, Hardness tester, Roundness tester
- Manage Inventory of Spare Gauges and Instrument
- Should have knowledge on Measurement System Analysis, Statistical process control and GDT
- Preferably certified Auditor in ISO 9001: 2008
- BE with 8-10 YYrs experience Or Diploma 12-14 Position

Engineer Outbound Logistics

- Establish and manage the compound operations, outbound engineering and 3PL (logistics provider)
- Improve overall process of vehicle logistics activities: transport costs, manpower and operation costs.
- Performance evaluation of logistics providers (quality, delivery)
- Manage quality control plan
- Manage insurance claim during transportation
- Identifying cost reduction areas and taking necessary actions
- BE/ Diploma with 3 - 8 years of experience
