One of my client (an US MNC) is looking for a Head Rural Marketing to be based at Hyderabad. We are looking at a person having experience in

- Generating consumer insights and competitive market intelligence used for business decision making and segment wise targets, on the basis of village demographics & market potential.
- Leading the development and implementation of all forms of communication (ABL- Press, radio, outdoor. BTL-collateral, DM, promos, events) -directed at prospective consumers, bulk consumers, and trade.
- Leading the Development of a robust market activation plan (including retail consumer promotions, tactical promos, and bulk promotions)
- Leading the development & suggested launch in new markets.
- Allocating & maximizing the effective use of the Marketing Communications & budget across markets to achieve business goals.
- Increase average sales volume in each state.
- Overall responsibility for increasing the marketing bottom line ( sales on marketing expenses)
- Identify overall research needs & data requirements on consumer behavior & conduct necessary customer insight through Customer contact, Research, Retail observation, Data analysis, Intelligence, Brand Track & Customer Satisfaction.
- Design Marketing programs in line with the Business objectives.

Minimum 15 to 20 years work experience in brand/product management with at least 2 years experience in distribution sales management.
