One of my client, an FMCG company is looking for a Employee Relations Manager to be based at Factory with 4 - 6 years of experience responsible for:

- Interacting with the workmen unions on a day to day basis including canteen for smooth and cordial industrial relations to ensure uninterrupted production activities.
- Liase with HO & HR&A Manager with regard to Legal cases.
- Ensure that all grievances are solved amicably and efficiently.
- To ensure implementation of requirements under various legislation applicable to the factory to ensure statutory compliance.
- To assist HR&A manager in negotiating the long-term wage settlement with the workmen union.
- Initiate disciplinary actions against the delinquent workmen.
- Responsible for overall plant security and work with security inspectors in gathering information
- Organize and Train staff on different behavioral programs
- Ensure effective systems are in place for good communication
- Responsible for maintenance of kitchen garden, plants and good maintenance of Staff and Manager quarters buildings
- Thorough knowledge in Labour Laws.
