6.Application Support for heading up and managing a team in the customer support (Help Desk) area for all JDEdwards related issues for users throughout Europe. Responsible for supporting customers from the time the calls come in through to issue resolution – Candidate must have solid understanding of JDEdwards OneWorld ERP System, knowledge of various and multiple applications. Candidate should have experience with similar responsibilities. Knowledge of the German language would be very helpful in this position.
7.Application Support Analyst responsible for the support of JDEdwards OneWorld users and troubleshooting 2nd and 3rd line Business applications to closure. Candidate would need to have 1+ year experience with JDEdwards OneWorld as a Functional Business Analyst or in a similar Help Desk/Support role. Knowledge of the German language would be very helpful in this position.
