For a BIG FOUR consulting firm expanding its presence in Southern Europe, we are on the lookout for seasoned consulting professionals for developing & delivering business over multiple client engagements
The ideal person would be someone with a flair in Compensation & Benefits with a strong grounding in job evaluation/competency mapping and HR systems.
We are looking at MBAs from premier schools-with about 6-9yrs post qualification experience in a good international consulting firm -with a strong business orientation & ability to develop and present solutions to prospects and clients.
Those with lesser handson experience in compensation,performance management, M&A, setting up HR systems for startups -can be considered for a senior consultant role. The operative term, as my client put it, was 'an intelligent slogger' who is strong analytically, and good on tools and methodologies.
Salaries are exciting-with an additional 20% thrown in as variable pay! Remember, the tax rate in that part of the world is 22%-and so one can imagine a better savings potential!!
