One of my client having interests in various fields is looking for a Taxation Manager for one of their business vertical which is into Clubs and resorts with the following expertise:

- planning, administrating and compliance for direct and indirect taxes

- commercial issues such as due diligence and documentation

- compliance issues

- prepare and act for periodic and yearly internal/ statutory audits

- understand the tax laws and other corporate statutories

- CA with 4 - 6 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting environment including of prevalent accounting standards, systems and practices
