One of my client (a well known company) into retailing is looking for a HR Manager (genralist role) to be based at mumbai with the following experience:

- a generalist with 6 - 12 years of experience in HR & IR activities from manufacturing and service industry background (IT & ITes please excuse)

- implementing the HR Policies in the organization

- activities include staffing, training & development, performance management, legal issues, employee relations, compensation management, welfare activities

- fun at work place there by ensuring productivity

- well versed with statutory compliances

- driving towards development of strategic initiatives
